Job Description

Overview

Syneos Health is seeking a bilingual Clinical Research Associate I/II for a home-based position in Montreal, Quebec. This role will be focused on managing clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders in the clinical research process.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice, and protocol.
  • Evaluate overall site performance and communicate serious issues to the project team.
  • Conduct source document reviews and verify the accuracy of clinical data.
  • Manage investigational product inventory and ensure proper dispensing.
  • Document activities and maintain compliance with clinical monitoring plans.
  • Support patient recruitment, retention, and awareness strategies.
  • Act as primary liaison with study site personnel and ensure training compliance.
  • Participate in investigator meetings and global clinical monitoring staff meetings.
  • Provide guidance towards audit readiness standards and assist with audits.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH Guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to embrace new technologies.
  • Ability to manage travel of up to 75%.
