Overview

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CQC Manager for construction projects, responsible for the overall management of the Construction Quality Control (CQC) process. This position involves overseeing quality assurance practices within the company’s construction projects primarily for federal clients in New England and surrounding states.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop QC plan for government review and approval
  • Follow CQC process throughout the project
  • Review submittals
  • Perform all three phases of QC regularly
  • Note deficiencies for respective trades and ensure timely corrections
  • Plan activities in coordination with Site Superintendent
  • Enforce QC plan for positive project outcomes

Required skills

  • 10 years of construction supervision/QC experience on projects exceeding $10 million
  • Bachelors in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • 5 years of construction related work preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Knowledge of CQC practices
