Golden Reserve LLC is seeking an experienced CPA Tax Preparer to build and lead a tax support and preparation team. This role will involve a mix of hands-on tax preparation and team leadership as the department expands, contributing to the company's mission of transforming financial services for retirees and financial professionals alike.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the tax preparation of annual returns
  • Provide ongoing real-time tax support
  • Participate in events and coordinate departmental development and expansion
  • Lead and inspire a multi-location tax team

Required skills

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Five years of tax preparation and accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team management experience
  • Problem-solving abilities
