Overview

Golden Reserve LLC is seeking an experienced CPA Tax Preparer to lead and develop their internal tax support and preparation team across the country. This role will involve both hands-on tax preparation and leadership, with a focus on building a new department as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation of annual tax returns
  • Provide ongoing real-time tax support to clients
  • Participate in events to promote tax services
  • Coordinate the development and expansion of the tax department
  • Lead a multi-location team to drive processes
  • Inspire and manage team members while fostering a growth culture

Required skills

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Five or more years of tax preparation and accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong management capabilities
  • Ability to handle constant change with a proactive mindset
