We're growing our El Paso countertop operation and need a hands-on leader to run the department.What You'll DoRun day-to-day production for the countertop department - scheduling, fabrication quality, crew supervision, and job-site coordination. Own the shop floor from raw material to finished install, keep jobs on schedule, and hold the line on quality and safety.Who We're Looking ForSomeone who's already led a countertop crew and knows the trade cold. That could mean you were the head installer or lead fabricator at a countertop company, or you ran your own countertop shop and are ready to trade the ownership headaches for a stable leadership role with a bigger company behind you.
