Overview

The Counter Sales Associate at AC Pro is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with sales orders, and managing customer-related database systems. This role supports a strong company culture focused on team collaboration and customer satisfaction, and encourages associates to thrive in their careers while providing top-notch service to clients in the HVAC industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver premier, front line customer service by greeting and assisting customers and vendors
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and applications
  • Initiate customer sales orders and process warranties and credit returns
  • Suggest product alternatives and related items based on customer needs
  • Maintain and manage customer-related database systems accurately
  • Keep counter displays orderly and attractive
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer experience
  • Develop and expand customer base through quality service
  • Facilitate promotional activities to boost branch sales
  • Stay updated on industry standards through training workshops
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management

Required skills
