Overview

The Counter Sales Associate at AC Pro will deliver exceptional customer service and support in the heating and air conditioning industry. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and contributing to promotional activities, all within a team-focused company culture that values innovation and employee fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver premier customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products
  • Initiate customer sales orders and process warranties and returns
  • Suggest alternatives and additional items related to customer orders
  • Maintain and update customer database systems
  • Manage counter displays to ensure they are orderly and attractive
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively
