Overview

The Counter Sales Associate at AC Pro is responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing sales and handling customer inquiries. This role involves engaging with customers to deliver information, assist with product selection, and manage orders in a professional and timely manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver premier customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products
  • Initiate customer sales orders and process returns
  • Determine and suggest products based on customer needs
  • Maintain customer-related database systems
  • Manage and maintain counter displays
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints
