Overview

The Counter Sales Associate at AC Pro is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing sales transactions. Key responsibilities

  • Provide premier customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information about products
  • Initiate customer sales orders and process warranties and returns
  • Suggest products and alternatives based on customer needs
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Organize counter displays to enhance customer experience
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints
  • Facilitate promotional activities to boost sales
  • Attend product and sales training workshops
