Complete all required documentation. Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of treatment.Provision of individual and group counseling services to patientsAccurate and timely completion of patient documentationMaintain up to date and accurate patient recordsProvide case-management and referral servicesAdherence to patient confidentiality as required by Federal and State Law and Regulations.Maintain state required certificationsAttend required trainingsOutreach and networking Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GEDCADC or LADC requiredGood Communication skillsAbility to be adaptable/flexible in a busy environmentGood decision-making skillsEverest Recovery conducts pre-employment background screening/investigation as well as drug screeningCompensation details: 27-28 Hourly WagePIe36936ba527b-2939
