Required skills

  • Illinois Cosmetology License
  • Cosmetology Instructors License
  • At least 2 years of salon experience
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email)
  • Knowledge in hair cutting, styling, coloring, texture, makeup, skin care, and nails
  • Understanding of state board regulations and safety procedures
  • Effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Team leadership and coaching abilities
