Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate end-to-end management of complex corporate restructuring matters within a national legal services provider. You will act as the primary client contact, connecting law firms, financial advisors, and corporate stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant case handling. You will mentor case teams and optimize workflows, from notices to document production, across remote operations.
