J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Meridian, ID. This role is crucial in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for the organization, emphasizing a relationship-driven approach and exceptional candidate experiences in a collaborative, employee-owned engineering firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and accountability throughout the hiring process
  • Champion and promote J-U-B's employer brand by sharing culture and career growth opportunities
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact through hire
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Build relationships with universities and industry networks to support recruiting efforts
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or technical industries
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
