Overview

The Corporate Paralegal at New River Electrical Corporation will provide essential support to the Legal and Compliance Department, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and transactional matters. The role involves assisting with financing, licensing, ESOP administration, and maintaining corporate records, while reporting to senior legal counsel.

Key responsibilities

  • Support corporate governance functions and entity management
  • Assist with ESOP administration and reporting
  • Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
  • Prepare documents and coordinate closing for financing transactions
  • Manage claims and litigation processes including document collection
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and compliance reports
  • Conduct legal research on relevant statutes and regulations
  • Manage state licensing, business registrations, and compliance tracking

Required skills
