Overview

Invitation Homes is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support their Legal Department. This role involves managing the company's entity management program, supporting legal documentation processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and control the company's entity management program
  • Maintain comprehensive entity database and documentation
  • Manage annual corporate filings and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate entity formations, mergers, and dissolutions
  • Prepare and maintain corporate governance documentation
  • Assist with securitization projects and document preparation
  • Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio
  • Assist with legal invoice processing and department support

Required skills

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate legal environment
  • Expertise in entity management and corporate governance
  • Hands-on experience with corporate maintenance activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with entity management software
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate culture
