Job Description

Overview

Castlerock Resources, LLC is seeking a Corporate Office Manager for JWTC, a leader in disaster recovery construction. This hands-on position in Tomball, Texas requires an individual who can manage office operations, support accounting processes, and ensure efficient communication across multiple offices in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day corporate office operations and administrative functions
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and COI tracking
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, communications, and office logistics
  • Support accounting processes including invoice tracking, reporting, and expense logs
  • Prepare and organize weekly operational and pipeline reports
  • Set up employee equipment and provide basic IT troubleshooting
  • Track employee certifications for compliance training
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, and asset records
  • Coordinate with field offices and internal departments to ensure alignment
  • Ensure office operates efficiently with minimal oversight

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and operate database systems and run routine reports (QuickBase experience preferred)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
  • Tech-savvy with basic IT setup and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in construction, logistics, or high-volume operational environments
  • Experience supporting multi-location teams or field operations
