This role partners closely with trading and sales to improve models and analytics, ensure accurate P&L reporting, and deliver high-quality statistical and market work primarily for internal stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesProvide desk support across Latam IR and FX products, including daily P&L reconciliation, explaining drivers, and investigating breaksBuild, enhance, and maintain pricing, risk, and performance modelsPerform statistical analysis on market and trading dataDevelop and automate tools and workflows to improve efficiency, controls, and data quality (data pipelines, dashboards, reporting)Produce recurring and ad hoc analytics for internal clients (Trading, Sales, Risk, Finance, Control)Communicate clearly with desk stakeholders, translating quantitative outputs into actionable insightsSupport process improvement initiatives, including controls, governance, and best practices around data and modelsWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance)Strong quantitative foundation and analytical problem-solving skillsStrong technical skills, with demonstrated ability to work with data and build toolsExperience with Latam rates and fx products will be a plusComfort working in a fast-paced markets environment with strong attention to detail and control mindsetStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to partner with trading and salesAbility to manage multiple priorities, deliver reliably, and work effectively with internal clientsSpanish speaker requirementStrong programing skills ( VBA, Python, RStudio, SQL)Certifications SIE, S63 and S7 will be a requirement if not already certifiedCertifications:SIE, S63 and S7 will be a requirement if not already certified.It Would Be Nice For You To Have:Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.What Else You Need To Know:The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
