This role partners closely with trading and sales to improve models and analytics, ensure accurate P&L reporting, and deliver high-quality statistical and market work primarily for internal stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesProvide desk support across Latam IR and FX products, including daily P&L reconciliation, explaining drivers, and investigating breaksBuild, enhance, and maintain pricing, risk, and performance modelsPerform statistical analysis on market and trading dataDevelop and automate tools and workflows to improve efficiency, controls, and data quality (data pipelines, dashboards, reporting)Produce recurring and ad hoc analytics for internal clients (Trading, Sales, Risk, Finance, Control)Communicate clearly with desk stakeholders, translating quantitative outputs into actionable insightsSupport process improvement initiatives, including controls, governance, and best practices around data and modelsWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
