Industrial Cost Accounting: Proven track record building cost frameworks for multi-location plants, quarries, or regional trucking fleets to monitor job profitability. ERP Process Improvement: Direct experience spearheading ERP implementation and optimization to scale automated accounting functions (AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory). Industry Compliance & Logistics: Fluent in specialized asset management, including IFRA reporting, license plate renewals, quarry compliance, and lien waivers.Key Responsibilities Financial Control & Strategy: Oversee all general ledger structures, cash management, debt analysis, inter-company allocations, and external auditor preparation. Operational Profitability: Partner directly with the President and operational department heads to build unit-level P&Ls, manage expenses, and identify cost inefficiencies.
