The Lab Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the General Lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include: Managing a team of lab technicians and ensuring adequate staffing level Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures Training staff on lab procedures and safety protocols Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to strategic planning initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
