Overview

The CORE Analyst & Project Coordinator at Partners 1st Federal Credit Union will focus on planning, researching, implementing, and launching efficient core systems to support organizational development. This role requires a commitment to service excellence and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance user experience and address system needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers and end users to define business requirements and identify issues.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth testing for modified and new systems.
  • Assist employees in resolving routine system software and procedure problems.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and communications for core projects.
  • Prepare project status reports for senior management.
  • Conduct project post-implementation reviews.

Required skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in similar or related roles.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Project management experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking industry technology programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
