Overview

Matrec, a division of GFL, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Fabreville, Quebec. This permanent position involves leading and managing a team of agents, ensuring high standards of customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency while promoting a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a resource person to train, coach, and guide the team of agents
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and prepare commercial submissions
  • Promote cooperation and communication across key departments like billing and operations
  • Assist in analyzing performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Perform additional tasks as needed by management

Required skills

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in waste management
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.)
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and complex problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
