This hybrid role works 3 days a week from our Santa Monica office. What You will Do:E-commerce Platform Management/ Retailer Support Daily & weekly inventory checks for D2C site and TT ShopRegularly update and maintain assets on Product Detail Pages ("PDP") for all retailer websites, and other relevant platformsEnsure consistent and accurate copy, assets, pricing, and reviews across e-commerce websitesMonitor and manage product reviews to maintain a positive customer experienceSupport & execute review campaign programming to collect reviews for new product development ("NPD") launches & campaigns and upload them to the website(s)Support on-site experiences such as Subscription, Loyalty, Referral program daily, troubleshooting issues and assisting customers as neededConduct quality assurance checks and test new experiences, campaigns, and functionality across the D2C sitePrepare and organize assets for upload across D2C site, and other e-commerce websitesAssist with setting up PDPs on retailer sites for product launchesAssist with social integration management onsite, user-generated content ("UGC") usage rights & tracking, and delivery of assets to internal stakeholdersDigital Marketing SupportAssist in maintaining and updating cross-functional retailer marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotionsConduct competitive analysis to evaluate our brand's performance and compare it with competitors across different retailersGather necessary assets and images from various sources to support third-party partners and enhance product presentationsConduct competitive analysis to evaluate our brand's performance and compare it with competitors across different retailersAssist with creation of content on an as needed basis Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business, or related field requiredExperience: Minimum 6 months experience (including internships) in e-commerce and/or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty spaceProficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PPT)Preferred Qualifications:Skills: Growth-oriented and consumer-obsessed; someone who is consistently shopping across brands websites seeking the latest and newest tech.Strong organizational and project management skillsThis role is ideal for a digitally driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for beauty and eCommerce innovationExperience: Shopify experience is a plusWe are eager to meet people who believe in our mission and can contribute to our team in a variety of ways - not just candidates who check all the boxes.
