Overview

The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator at CHRISTUS Health is responsible for the delivery, management, and administration of clinical education programs. This role combines technical expertise in digital learning with strong organizational skills to support both in-person and online educational events, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with clinical development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the administration of clinical education programs.
  • Manage user enrollment and troubleshoot Learning Management System (LMS) issues.
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports.
  • Coordinate in-person clinical education events, including planning and scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for training sessions, including materials distribution.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone, Docebo).
  • 2 - 4 years in education administration, training coordination, or healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
