Overview

The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator at CHRISTUS Health is responsible for supporting the delivery, management, and administration of clinical education programs. This position combines technical expertise, organizational skills, and hands-on support to ensure the effective operation of both digital and in-person learning events.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and support digital learning initiatives and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Coordinate in-person clinical education programs, workshops, and events
  • Prepare learning materials and provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage related databases
  • Field requests for new content and support faculty and staff with LMS usage
  • Monitor learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Assist with logistical support including food orders, room reservations, and budget tracking

Required skills

  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone, Docebo)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and systems
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration, training coordination, or healthcare operations
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
