Overview

The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator at CHRISTUS Health plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery, management, and administration of clinical education programs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to facilitate both digital and in-person learning events while ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and management of clinical education programs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to assign courses and create additional activities.
  • Manage local user enrollment and troubleshooting for the learning management system (LMS).
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports.
  • Facilitate the placement of in-person courses onto the digital LMS.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating in-person educational programs.
  • Provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to continuing education.
  • Provide logistical support for workshops, including food and supply orders.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Database management experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration or training coordination
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone, Docebo)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
