Overview

The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator at CHRISTUS Health supports the delivery and administration of clinical education programs, focusing on both digital and in-person learning events. This role requires strong organizational and technical skills to ensure compliance and alignment with clinical staff development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to assign courses and manage local user enrollment in the LMS.
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person clinical education programs and events.
  • Provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions.
  • Maintain documentation and databases related to continuing education.
  • Support logistics for workshops, including ordering supplies and managing room reservations.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
