Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations at CHRISTUS Health is responsible for supporting the delivery, management, and administration of clinical education programs. This role combines technical expertise with organizational skills to ensure educational activities are compliant, accessible, and aligned with clinical staff development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital learning and manage local user enrollment in the LMS.
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person clinical education programs.
  • Prepare learning materials and provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to educational initiatives.
  • Field local requests for LMS content and ensure compliance with standards.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in education administration or training coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
