Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations at CHRISTUS Health supports the delivery and management of clinical education programs. This role combines technical expertise in digital learning with organizational skills for coordinating in-person training, ensuring that all educational activities are compliant, accessible, and aligned with clinical development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital and in-person clinical education programs
  • Manage local user enrollment and troubleshoot LMS issues
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Assist with planning and scheduling in-person training events
  • Prepare learning materials and track attendance during sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and databases for continuing education
  • Provide logistical support for in-person workshops and courses
  • Contribute to improving clinical education operations

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration or training coordination
