Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations at CHRISTUS Health supports the delivery and management of clinical education programs. This role combines technical expertise for digital learning and hands-on support for in-person events, ensuring organizational and regulatory compliance in educational activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and manage the administration of clinical education programs
  • Collaborate with leadership on course assignments and additional activities
  • Handle user enrollment, troubleshooting, and reporting for LMS
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person clinical education programs
  • Prepare learning materials and provide onsite or virtual support during training

  • Provide logistical support for workshops and courses
  • Contribute to improving efficiency in clinical education operations

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration or training coordination
