Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations supports the management and administration of clinical education programs within CHRISTUS Health. This role involves both digital learning support and hands-on assistance for in-person learning events, ensuring that educational activities are well-organized and aligned with clinical staff development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and management of clinical education programs
  • Collaborate with leaders to assign appropriate courses to the right audience
  • Manage local user enrollment and troubleshoot LMS issues
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Assist with planning and coordinating in-person education programs and events
  • Provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions
  • Maintain documentation and records related to continuing education and professional development
  • Provide logistical support such as ordering supplies and coordinating budgets

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration or training coordination
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
