Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations supports the management and administration of clinical education programs at CHRISTUS Health. This role combines technical expertise in digital learning with hands-on support for in-person educational events, ensuring that all activities are organized, compliant, and aligned with staff development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital learning by managing local user enrollment and troubleshooting issues
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports for leadership
  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person clinical education programs and workshops
  • Prepare learning materials, track attendance, and provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and databases related to continuing education and development initiatives
  • Provide logistical support such as ordering supplies and managing budgets
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure LMS content meets accreditation and organizational standards

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone, Docebo)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration or healthcare operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
