Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations supports the delivery and management of clinical education programs at CHRISTUS Health. This role involves applying technical expertise and organizational skills to facilitate both digital and in-person learning events, ensuring compliance and alignment with clinical staff development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with system and ministry leaders for course assignments and activities
  • Manage local user enrollment and troubleshoot issues
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Support faculty and staff with Learning Management System (LMS) usage
  • Assist with planning and coordinating in-person clinical education programs
  • Prepare learning materials, rosters, evaluations, and certificates
  • Provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for continuing education
  • Provide logistical support for in-person courses
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinical education operations

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in education administration or healthcare operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset
