Overview

The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator at CHRISTUS Health is responsible for supporting the delivery and administration of clinical education programs. This role involves collaborating with leadership to ensure effective digital and in-person learning experiences, organizing educational logistics, and managing compliance and documentation for educational activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital learning and coordinate in-person clinical education programs
  • Manage local user enrollment and troubleshoot issues related to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating workshops and events
  • Provide on-site or virtual support during training sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and databases for continuing education initiatives
  • Coordinate logistical support for in-person workshops, including supplies and room reservations
  • Contribute to process improvements in clinical education operations

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone, Docebo)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration, training coordination, or healthcare operations preferred
