Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations at CHRISTUS Health plays a vital role in supporting the delivery and administration of clinical education programs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to facilitate in-person and digital learning events, ensuring they are compliant and effectively meet clinical staff development goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital learning initiatives and manage local user enrollment.
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person clinical education programs and events.
  • Prepare learning materials and provide onsite or virtual support during training sessions.
  • Maintain documentation and databases related to continuing education and professional development.
  • Manage logistical aspects of workshops, including food orders and room reservations.
  • Contribute to process improvements in clinical education operations.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in education administration or healthcare operations
