Overview

The Coordinator Clinical Learning Operations supports the management and delivery of clinical education programs at CHRISTUS Health. This role combines technical expertise, data analysis, and organizational skills to enhance digital and in-person learning experiences, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with educational goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital learning and in-person events for clinical education programs
  • Manage local user enrollment and troubleshoot LMS issues
  • Track learner progress and generate compliance reports
  • Assist with planning and coordinating in-person educational events
  • Prepare learning materials and provide support during training sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and databases for continuing education
  • Provide logistical support for in-person workshops and courses
  • Contribute to streamlining processes to improve clinical education operations

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in education administration or healthcare operations
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., HealthStream, Cornerstone, Docebo)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
