Key responsibilities

  • Record equipment and food temperatures for regulatory compliance
  • Clean work areas and operate dishwashing equipment
  • Prepare special dietary needs as directed

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
  • One year of related experience in food preparation
  • Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and customer service
