Overview In this role you will oversee the converting department, leading bag making, printing, rewinding, slitting and related finishing operations. You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to maximize efficiency, ensure safety, and meet customer specifications. You'll drive continuous improvement, focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and on-time delivery in a 24/7 production environment.
