Converting Manager - Tissue Salary up to $150,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Southern USA Operations Superintendent in Converting will be responsible for plant operations and plant personnel in the TISSUE converting department. This position is the go to position for planning and problems coming into the Mill. This individual will have a lot of direct communication with senior level management staff. This position directs work assignments to Supervisors on the overall manufacturing operations necessary to ensure production targets are met in a safe, efficient, quality, and profitable manner. You will also back up supervisors, as needed. Minimum requirements for the Converting Superintendent position: • BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required with equivalent experience. • At least 10 years exposure or experience in converting operations in Tissue/Towels. • Must have great leadership skills (team building, communications, and organization skills).
