Job Description

Overview

The Controller at JARP Industries Inc. is responsible for overseeing all general ledger accounting functions, budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditures, and risk management. This onsite-only role requires extensive experience in accounting, particularly within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of cash, invoicing, budget vs actual, and payroll reporting
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Oversee capital expenditures
  • Oversee and report on cash collections, including credit authorization
  • Responsible for cash flow reporting
  • Complete month-end reporting
  • Prepare and report financial statements
  • Oversee A/R and A/P processing
  • Prepare for annual financial audit and R&D tax credit
  • Manage weekly/monthly/annual reporting for management
  • Maintain internal controls
  • Manage risk management processes
