Overview

Controller - Healthcare Salary: $115,000-$140,000 base Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Play a key leadership role in a $150M+ healthcare company that is rapidly expanding (7 to 23+ facilities)• Gain direct visibility and partnership with executive leadership, including the CEO• Lead and modernize finance operations in a complex, multi-entity environment• Take ownership of process improvement initiatives across treasury, banking, and accounting systems• Work in a highly autonomous role with the ability to make immediate, measurable impact• Join a collaborative and agile team that values efficiency and innovation• Strong benefits package with 75-80% of medical premiums covered• Flexible PTO and a hybrid schedule after initial onboarding period• Opportunity to build scalable infrastructure as the company continues aggressive growth Key Responsibilities for the Controller: Lead month-end close and financial reporting across 30+ entities• Manage treasury operations including intercompany transactions and banking structures• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions• Provide hands-on support to alleviate back-office workload and improve efficiency Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelor's degree in Accounting• 8+ years of Controller experience in a multi-entity environment (no step-ups)• Strong expertise in intercompany transactions and treasury operations• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems• Proven track record of stability and tenure in prior roles
