Job Description

Overview

Aramark Sports and Entertainment is seeking a Controller for Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will oversee the finance department, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while also managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and complete month-end close process and General Ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare and organize accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop yearly business plans and monthly revenue and expense projections.
  • Direct financial activities such as billing, payroll processing, and expense management.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service for internal and external clients.
  • Support operational analysis for inventory and equipment capital expenditures.
  • Maintain efficient internal control environment compliant with Business Conduct Policy.
  • Ensure adherence to HQ-driven programs and financial processes.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of finance/accounting experience with supervisory roles.
  • Strong management, communication, and human relations skills.
  • Experience with month/year-end closings, accounts receivable, and payable.
  • Skills in financial forecasting, cost control, and report generation.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical and process management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work an event-based schedule including weekends and holidays.
