Job Description

Overview

As the Controller at Aramark, you will support the Accounting department's objectives by assisting operational departments with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, and auditing. Your role will involve managing customer accounts, ensuring adherence to credit control policies, and preparing regular analyses of outstanding debts.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out daily credit control procedures
  • Supervise customer accounts to adhere to credit control policies
  • Meet targets set out by the Company Plan
  • Process and resolve daily customer account queries
  • Collaborate with departments regarding credit control activities
  • Post and allocate receipts accurately and timely
  • Balance accounts monthly
  • Maintain high standards of files and documentation
  • Prepare analyses of outstanding debts and report issues as needed
  • Evaluate and enforce credit control policies and procedures

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in the service industry
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Oracle System
  • Relevant financial qualification
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent phone manner
