Overview

Fusco Personnel Inc. is seeking a hands-on, strategic Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and cost control in a dynamic, project-driven manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in partnering with operations and executive leadership to deliver financial insights that enhance performance and support growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead all core accounting functions, including month-end close, reporting, and internal controls
  • Own job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and project margin forecasting
  • Oversee plant cost accounting, inventory controls, and production variance analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify risks, improve execution, and strengthen cash flow
  • Develop scalable financial processes and lead a high-performing accounting team

Required skills

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Strong background in manufacturing, construction, or engineered-to-order environments
  • Expertise in cost accounting, project reporting, and ERP systems
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into operational action
