Olymel is seeking a Production Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. This role focuses on managing maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to HACCP and SQF standards, and fostering a collaborative workplace environment. Key responsibilities

  • Manage a maintenance team
  • Ensure departmental efficiency
  • Enforce HACCP and SQF standards and produce required documentation
  • Oversee health and safety management within the department
  • Execute preventive maintenance management
  • Maintain positive work relationships
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients
  • Assist with troubleshooting tasks as needed

Required skills

  • College or technical training in industrial equipment maintenance or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, including supervision in a unionized environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP program
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
  • Excellent computer skills
