Overview

Olymel is seeking a Contremaître à l'entretien de machines de production to join their dynamic team in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. The role involves managing a maintenance team and ensuring the efficiency of the department while adhering to HACCP and SQF standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a maintenance team
  • Ensure departmental efficiency
  • Enforce HACCP and SQF standards and produce required documentation
  • Oversee health and safety management within the department
  • Execute preventive maintenance management
  • Maintain healthy work relationships
  • Collaborate with other services, internal and external clients
  • Assist in troubleshooting tasks when needed

Required skills

  • College or professional training in industrial equipment maintenance or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a unionized environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Strong priority analysis skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills
