THE POSITION As a Continuous Improvement Specialist , you will identify, develop, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, employee engagement, with a focus on production performance. To be successful in this role, you'll need to analyze workflows, reduce inefficiencies, support change initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fieldYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, and project management in a manufacturing environment.You have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.You are proficient with Microsoft Office.You have strong attention to detail.You are organized, focused and results oriented.You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
