Overview

North Easton Savings Bank is looking for a Contact Center Representative to assist customers with their banking needs through various digital channels. This role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate banking solutions, contributing to customer satisfaction and service goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and electronic inquiries from customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Process account-related requests such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Recommend relevant banking products and services based on customer needs
  • Follow up with customers to assist with service requests
  • Meet or exceed service, productivity, and referral goals
  • Navigate internal systems to document customer interactions
