Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing510 years of substantive litigation experienceExperience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferredBackground defending matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/or Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is highly advantageousDemonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team membersStrong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgmentExcellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilitiesThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice Key Responsibilities Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection lawsParticipate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courtsProvide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigationsPrepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documentsWork closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team Why Join Us?
