Overview

The Consultant position in Corporate Finance - Healthcare at BRG involves providing multidisciplinary services to healthcare clients aimed at turnaround and restructuring, operational performance improvement, and finance excellence. This role is designed for motivated problem solvers with strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to both quantitative and qualitative engagement workstreams.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to day-to-day activities of client service teams executing business improvement initiatives for healthcare clients
  • Utilize finance and analytical skills for transactions including financial modeling and data management
  • Improve decision-making and drive shareholder value for clients
  • Develop content and lead preparation of reports, analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables
  • Assist in supervising engagement teams and participating in marketing and client pitches

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in financial modeling and cash flow analysis
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial processes including budgeting and forecasting
  • General knowledge of financial ERP, EPM, BI technologies
  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent expertise welcomed
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data
  • Willingness to travel as needed
