Overview

Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent for their rapidly growing commercial construction projects in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control and safety on-site, and managing relationships with subcontractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all activities on the construction site according to project blueprints and schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and perform quality control and safety checks.
  • Provide on-site direction and support for construction site preparations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on-site.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Experience in commercial, healthcare, and retail building projects
  • Proficient with Procore
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Technically literate
